We offer two key formats:
One-Time Energisers (single session):
A powerful, themed experience introducing energising tools from The Ukābrā Flow (like chair yoga and breathwork) combined with rhythm and insights. These can be tailored to your team’s needs.
Perfect for wellness days, team off-sites or as a powerful reset during busy periods.
Themes are aligned with your priorities, some examples: From Pressure to Presence, Connect to Create, Stillness as a Skill, Inner Balance for Outer Impact, Joy at WorkTailored Programs (multi-session):
Deeper, structured experiences aligned to the 4 pillars of The Ukābrā Way. Formats are flexible - you can choose to focus on one pillar or cover all four. Ideal for transformation and embedding wellbeing into team culture.

One-time energisers typically run 1 - 2 hours
Tailored programs are delivered in 2 - 4 hour sessions, usually once a week.
We’ll work with your schedule to find the right rhythm.

One-Time Energisers require a minimum of 15 participants, and are most impactful with up to 30 for a truly immersive experience.
Larger groups are possible - we adapt with shared drums and body percussion.Tailored Programs are designed for 15 to 30 people per group to allow for deeper reflection, group sharing, and practice.
