Most teams start with this 90 to 120 min foundational workshop that shifts emotion and energy immediately and a tool to improve and sustain state.

SĀTSHIFT

Building on the foundation are a 2 hour workshop series to strengthen clarity, connection and creativity - key skills for high performance.

SĀTDEPTH

An immersive 1 to 3 day restorative pause in nature designed for exhausted, creatively blocked teams to recharge and reignite collaborative energy.

SĀTALIGN

1-on-1 private and support leaders and individual team members. Sessions run between 60 and 90 minutes depending on individual needs.
