Meet Satyen

For over 23 years, I’ve been on a journey of deep learning, transformation and the pursuit of greater fulfilment. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of learning from great teachers and masters, receiving powerful wisdom and practices that shaped my path.

The Ukābrā Way was born from this journey. I realised that the insights and tools I gathered over decades could help others transform their lives, faster and with greater ease, if they had access to them all at once.

My passion lies in helping people elevate their state of mind so they can thrive in all areas of life; my strengths lie in creating deep connections within groups, inspiring people to shift their perspectives and making complex mind-body concepts simple, practical and easy to apply.

With over two decades in the business world, I understand the pressures of performance, leadership and balancing success with wellbeing.
