For many years, I lived in two worlds.
One was business, fast-paced, demanding, focused on results. The other was inner work - breath, meditation and understanding the mind.
They seemed separate. But over time, I realised they are deeply connected. How we perform on the outside is shaped by what is happening within. This realisation became the foundation of my work.
SĀT WELLNESS brings these two worlds together - helping people train the inner state that shapes performance.
